Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to, providing end-user IT support for a mid to large-size enterprise. Support will require knowledge of various PC Hardware, Desktop Operating Systems, software, printers, and other IT related devices. Provide technical assistance to users and other support personnel. Create and update standard operating procedures for tasks assigned. Respond in a timely fashion to customer service requests. Submit and track customer service requests in a ticketing system.
Minimum of one year of experience providing end-user IT support, to include PC Hardware, Desktop Operating Systems, software and/or printers. Exemplary customer service, with good written and verbal communication skills. Must be dependable, organized and detail oriented.
Associates degree or High school with a technical certification. A combination of education, training, certification and/or experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities may be substituted for the degree.
Must be able to obtain a USG security clearance.
