    Electrical Engineer

    Location: Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

    Work location is at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, OH on a 5-year Engineering Services Contract with longer-term possibilities supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory, Aerospace Systems Directorate.  You must have expertise in the area of industrial facilities and design of modifications to industrial plant power distribution systems from 120V through 12,470V including additions of main switchgear and Motor Control Centers (MCC's), transformers, MV power cable, power distribution to equipment and instruments throughout the plant, including hazardous-classified areas, industrial process control systems, motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and/or industrial processing machinery equipment specification, lighting, and fire alarm systems.  Must be knowledgeable in NFPA70 and 70E standards.  Project responsibility ranges from full facility design and modification through construction.  Must work in team environment with the customer, other engineers, designers, and technicians. 


    Candidate must have:


    • Professional Engineer’s license.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited College or University
    • Senior Engineer must have 8 years experience beyond any degree in their technical area or 5 years beyond a MS degree
    • (Junior) Engineer must have 5 years experience beyond any degree in their technical area
    • US Citizen
