Conduct analysis of system capabilities, limitations and/or vulnerabilities; write comprehensive all-source S&TI intelligence assessments; and populate and maintain databases on foreign conventional weapons, C4ISR systems, and counter-C4ISR systems.
Provide all-source assessments written to DNI analytic Integrity standards (AIS), answer requests for information (RFIs), provide input relevant data into IC databases, provide statistical and mathematical models and graphical visualizations, and contribute to intelligence products such as briefings, presentations, and assessments.
Contractor shall provide all-source intelligence analysis support specifically in the engineering, physical, and life sciences to analytical production and briefings.
The Contractor shall have expertise in electronics engineering concepts as they pertain to determining the characteristics of current foreign military research on electronics and sensor systems and predicting future capabilities and battlefield effectiveness of such systems. For the base year, the Contractor shall have specialized expertise in weapon system-of-systems to identify their sensor to shooter kill-chains and mapping the kill-chains to identify key vulnerability nodes. The contractor shall have expertise in sensor, network, communication system, and battlefield automation analysis using COTS and government simulation tools that are required to develop studies on the vulnerabilities, sensor to shooter timelines, and cascading effects of weapon system and network degradation. Technical engineering analysis, including but not limited to computer aided design (CAD) models, key threat signatures, and software/embedded systems, is required to identify and document weapon functionality, capabilities and vulnerabilities.
Journeyman level, 3-10 Years of Experience; Bachelor’s Degree.
• Coding experience in R and MatLab is required. Coding experience in Python is added bonus.
